We pride ourselves on our incredible customer service record, with a dedicated and hardworking team on hand to look after all our clients. When you join Miko Coffee you will be assigned your very own customer service representative, who will ensure everything runs smoothly and you get the best experience possible. With your personal customer service assistant always available to you, you can be confident that your account is being well-managed on a day to day basis.

Coffee can be a challenging trade to be in, and we understand that you need all the help you can get in order to stay one up on the competition and make it a fruitful business. Because we pair you with a dedicated customer service representative, you know that help is only ever a phone call or quick email away. Our customer service assistants can help manage your account and answer enquiries relating to products and deliveries. They will make regular calls to your coffee store managers to discuss restocking, and regional account managers will be around to make regular site visits and check you’re happy with the service you’re receiving.

As well as a customer support team, we also have technical and marketing teams who can help your business to thrive. Our marketing teams are branding wizards, helping promote your business so you attract more custom and keep your existing customers loyal. They can answer all your marketing enquiries and help you put together a strong marketing campaign, boosting sales and ensuring everyone is talking about your coffee.

Our highly skilled technical team are also on hand to see to the practicalities, carrying out routine servicing for your equipment, ad hoc repairs and solving any other problems and issues as they arise. We understand that technical issues lose you money and goodwill, which is why we operate a rapid response policy to see you’re back up and running as soon as possible.
