Why Choose a Commercial Traditional Coffee Machine?
If you run a busy café or coffee shop, you will be no stranger to those busy times when you are flat-out serving customers anything from an espresso to a latte. You need to produce these drinks quickly, in high volume and have the flexibility to tailor drinks based on your customer's requests.
A traditional coffee machine is intended for commercial use, produces delicious, brewed coffee, and offers professional performance when required.
What to Consider When Choosing Traditional Coffee Machines
There are some considerations for the busy hospitality operation when choosing traditional coffee machines, including:
From the off, Miko offers a presales consultation to identify which type of coffee machine represents the best practices for your business.
What else to consider
Alongside your chosen machine, you will need a good quality on-demand coffee grinder to extract your coffee perfectly. You can take a look at our commercial coffee grinders here.
Maintenance and Care
All coffee machines require a level of cleaning and daily maintenance. Typically after a busy day, the machine will require flushing, and some components may require soaking in cleaner overnight and then reassembling the next day.
After order and installation, Miko provides training and dialling on your new coffee, so you are well cared for with happy customers. In addition to a service plan, Miko will take care of more complex maintenance and repair expertise if anything goes wrong.
Other considerations
Suppose you are still determining whether a traditional machine suits your business. In that case, an automatic coffee machine may be better if you have a high staff turnover or if baristas are hard to recruit. In addition, automatic or bean-to-cup machines provide consistent drinks conveniently through the touch-screen. Take a look at our options here.
