The process of coffee roasting involves carefully heating the green coffee beans to a specific temperature, typically between 180°C and 230°C. This is done for a certain duration of time, which can range from 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the desired roast level.
Our master roaster pays special attention to the beans as they roast. Monitoring factors such as colour, aroma and sound, ensuring the beans are roasted to perfection. The result is high-quality coffee ready to be packaged and delivered straight to you.
